Immigration is now requiring social media information for visa applicants.

Social media like Facebook, Twitter have grown from being much more than just being a social media tool. The account and posts can be used for profiling.

A new policy by the state department started on June 1, 2019 requiring visa applicants to submit any information about social media accounts they have used in the past five years.

We have been advising our clients to make sure that the new guidelines are being adhered to as well as providing means and ways to safeguard their privacy and represent their application in best possible manner.

Please contact the office of John Rottier to see how this new policy could affect your case.
