Immigration policy change for active military personnel

There is a potential policy change coming that will impact the immigration benefits for active military personnels under the program - parole in place.

Under this policy change, the protection from deportation of family members of active troops will be removed. Parole in place program grants legal residence benefits to spouses, children, and parents of active military members. The program was made to ensure that a soldier deployed on active duty would not have to be distracted by concerns about a family member back home in the USA being deported. The program is most used by parents who entered the US many years ago without papers and now have grown children in the military.

Contact our office to see if parole in place is an option for you and to submit an application before this program may end.
