The Supreme Court will decide whether President Trump can end DACA. The argument will be in late fall or early winter, and there should be a decision in June 2020. Federal courts in California, New York, Virginia, and Washington DC have blocked his plan to end it, but a federal judge in Texas has declared it illegal but refused to order it halted.
