In response to Supreme Court ruling in June (check out our blog), USCIS has updated its guidelines to further review the case and decide on future policy regarding DACA.
Until a decision is made, USCIS will reject initial DACA requests and will limit the renew to one year only. USCIS will also be rejecting any pending or new request for advanced parole.
