In an update to our previous blog post about F1 students https://www.rottierlawchicago.com/post/international-students-banned, there is an update. In response to the law suite from multiple universities, the administration rescinded its policy to force international students to leave the country if the universities switch to online teaching due to COVID. This news comes as a major relief for the international students.
